By visiting the website at https://shatterfix.com and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you( hereafter the “User”) understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.  (hereafter referred to as 'User Agreement'), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy for more information).

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

2. Use License
In order to access our Services, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as name, email, phone number, contact details, etc.) as part of the sign up process, or as part of your ability to avail our services. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access our Resources. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your accounts.
Any attempt to copy, duplicate, reproduce, trade, create derivative works from , transfer or sell any information obtained from this Website, whether in printed, visual or electronic form, for any purpose whatsoever, without the prior written permission, at the sole discretion of ShatterFix Business Services Pvt Ltd. is strictly prohibited.
You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of our Resources through any automated, unethical or unconventional means.


We may provide various open communication tools on our website, such as social media links for Facebook, Instagram , etc, forums, message boards, newsgroups, product ratings and reviews, various social media services, etc. You understand that generally we do not pre-screen or monitor the content posted by users of these various communication tools, which means that if you choose to use these tools to submit any type of content to our website, then it is your personal responsibility to use these tools in a responsible and ethical manner. By posting information or otherwise using any open communication tools as mentioned, you agree that you will not upload, post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that:

3. Copyrights / Trademarks
All content and materials available on www.shatterfix.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of ShatterFix Business Services Private Limited and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by ShatterFix Business Services Private Limited

4. Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us, which is why we've created a separate Privacy Policy in order to explain in detail how we collect, manage, process, secure, and store your private information. 5. User Data (for devices sent to BigPun)
Please ensure your data is wiped or backed up via your operating system before sending your device to us. Our repairs are carried out in a professional manner but we cannot guarantee the data will be on the mobile device when it is returned to you. We do not offer a data recovery service. Pin Locks and passwords must be removed before you send your device to us. We advise that all sim cards, memory cards and accessories are taken off the device before sending to us for repair, as we will not be liable for the loss. We may need to update your iOS / Android / etc. to ensure the repair is carried out correctly.

By sending your mobile device to BigPun, you agree to release us from all claims, damages or losses with respect to the mobile device, any data stored therein or on any media used in conjunction with the mobile device (This could be in the form of personal details, SMS, photos, games, songs or other data). We accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such data is removed from the mobile device before sending the device to BigPun.

6. Liability:
If your device is damaged beyond economical repair through our negligence or willful misconduct, our liability will be limited to the cost of providing a replacement with a product that is the same or similar to your device. You have sole responsibility for any data stored on your device and we accept no liability for loss or corruption of such data howsoever caused. It is your responsibility to keep a record of any such data.

When sending in a damaged device, our technicians will probably need to open up the device to either diagnose or repair it, this comes with an element of risk and may result in some minor damages to your device. We do everything possible to ensure this doesn't happen, however, if it does happen and the damages are significant we will offer a replacement or repair.

We will not be responsible for any damage or fault caused by a previous repair.

When sending in your mobile phone or tablet device for screen repair or home button repair, BigPun will not be held responsible if the Touch ID feature does not work after the repair is carried out.

7. Limitation of Liability
The material/information on BigPun's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. BigPun Business Services Pvt Ltd. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, BigPun’s liability in respect of any order placed by the User through the Website shall be limited to the value of the concerned order only.

8. Third Party Links
 BigPun has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by BigPun of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

9. Refunds
We will attempt a re-repair on your device twice after the initial repair. If after this, the mobile device is still faulty we will issue a refund (minus postage costs). This does not include diagnostic and water damage related repairs. The amount of refund will be solely assessed at BigPun's discretion after the complete inspection of your device and its value.
